All knives deal more damage by default & can break boxes in one swing but degrade faster requiring you to sharpen them more often.This is a work in progress mod that I will update with new animations as I improve them over time.

I can look into the sound being too quiet for next update but my mod does not touch the impact sound in any way.I only included a new "swing" sound but i did purposely make it pretty quiet. if its to quiet for you, you can increase the knife_attack ogg files sound with audacity or sav&t to your liking

But when I ininstalled you mod for testing purposes, vanilla knife sounds were back. So I really cannot put a finger on what is wrong. And I dont use MO unfortunately, I installed most of my mods manually until I found out that it works with Anomaly.

Ok, I figured it out, the sounds are there, but they're EXTREMELY quiet. I had to raise my volume to the max to hear a slight clicking sound when I switched to a knife. So draw and holster sounds are there, but I don't hear attack sound at all. Figure that it's there too, but even quieter.

it works with all knives that use the standard knife animations. some wacky BaS ones like the machete or hatchet might not align perfect but i cant be bothered to be honest.Axes are not part of this, those are 2 handed and use a completely different set of animations. I do plan on doing axes as a separate mod in the near future

each left click with a knife drops the damage a little bit, this means that if you left click the air once and then do the combo it will leave them with 2 or so health, so make sure that your knife is not in any animation and that your first left click stab hits the enemy and not the air.
